What is the service we provide?
We provide cheap International calls to people in the United Kingdom calling Europe, Asia, The Americas and all over the world. Now there is nothing to stop you calling your friends and family abroad. The service has recently been acquired by The Carphone Warehouse Group, Plc.
Why should I use it?
You will cut £££'s off your BT phone bill. You are probably on one of the major networks which means using our service you will save a lot of money if you make international calls.
e.g. Using BT for a five minute call (between 6am-6pm) to the USA on BT Together Option 1 would cost 75p. Using NTL Standard International call rates it would cost 56p.
However using ConvenientCall on a BT phone line it would cost 15 pence for the entire call! You can make these savings without switching supplier! If you have any queries about how much of a saving you would make in your particular case (regardless of whether you are on BT, NTL or other) drop us an e-mail and we will find out for you.
How much will it cost me in total?
For each country there is an access number. This can be found in the rate finder tool. The only cost/charge that you will incur
is the cost/charge your service provider charges to access that type of number. For example, to call an 0844 number on BT Together Option 1 you pay 3 pence per minute.
How do I use it?
Start saving right now. Once you have found the relevant access number for
your destination follow these simple steps:
1.
Dial that relevant access number for your destination
country. (This can be found using our
rate finder tool).
2. At the
prompt dial your destination international number in
full (including 00)*
3. Thats it, youre
connected!
Its as simple as that and
remember:
NO Account to open
NO Credit
Card needed
NO Extra Bill to pay
In other
words you will only ever be charged for the calls you
make to the service numbers and only ever at the
rates for those service numbers. No hidden
costs.
